GEORGIA — A Milton man was arrested on suspicion of his third DUI following a single-vehicle crash on Conger Road.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to the incident on April 8 at 2:36 p.m.
The driver, identified as 50-year-old Tommy Stone, allegedly operated his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
After the crash, Stone was taken into custody and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.
He is facing charges of DUI #3 and Criminal Refusal.
Stone was later released and is scheduled to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court to answer to the charges.
