Isle La Motte resident’s truck vandalized, police seek information

ISLE LA MOTTE — In an act of unlawful mischief, a parked vehicle was vandalized on Quarry Road in the early hours of April 8, according to State Police.

The incident occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. at 755 Quarry Road.

Shane Salls, 22, of Isle La Motte reported that his 2021 Ford F-150 had been targeted.

An unknown object was thrown at the truck’s rear window, resulting in it being shattered.

State Police are now asking for the public’s assistance to gather information about the vandalism.

Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity or has knowledge about the incident is encouraged to contact the St. Albans Barracks.

The investigation is ongoing, and the perpetrator remains unidentified at this time.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to step forward to help bring resolution to the case and hold the responsible party accountable for their actions.
