NEWTOWN — Police are searching for Joshua G. Adams, a 33-year-old Newtown man last heard from on July 29.
The Newtown Police Department expressed concern for Adams’ well-being, citing comments he made to others.
While not considered a danger to the public, Adams has outstanding arrest warrants.
Authorities advise against approaching Adams, as he is known to flee.
He has ties to Danbury and Naugatuck in addition to Newtown.
Adams was reported missing at 12:00 a.m. on Aug. 1.
Police request that anyone who sees Adams contact the Newtown Police Department or the local police department where he is spotted.
No further details about Adams’ appearance or the nature of his warrants were provided by law enforcement.
