CLINTON — Two juveniles reported missing earlier this week have been found safe in the City of Worcester, officials from the Clinton Police Department announced today.
The youths, whose names and ages were not released due to privacy concerns, were located by the collaborative efforts of the Clinton Police Detective Unit and the Worcester Police Detective Unit.
The search concluded with the juveniles being transported back to Clinton and reunited with their families.
The successful resolution to the multi-day search comes as a relief to the community and the families of the missing.
The Clinton Police Department expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by the Worcester Police and thanked concerned citizens who offered tips and leads during the search.
Officials have not released details regarding the circumstances of the juveniles’ disappearance or how they were located.
The investigation into the matter continues, but for now, the primary concern was the well-being of the young individuals, which has thankfully been secured.
