SUNDERLAND — Vermont State Police arrested a 64-year-old Arlington man on suspicion of his third DUI after responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle on North Road in Sunderland on July 31.
Ricky N. Wilkinson was taken into custody around 8:40 p.m. when troopers encountered him parked in a driveway.
Wilkinson showed signs of impairment during the interaction with law enforcement, leading to his arrest.
Following the arrest, Wilkinson was processed and released with an order to appear before the Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on Aug. 19 at 8:15 a.m. to face charges related to the incident.
