NEW HAVEN — A New Haven woman was cited for furnishing alcohol to minors following a disturbance at her Maple Street residence on July 29, police said.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a possible family fight at the home around 10:03 p.m.
During the investigation, authorities determined that Danielle Hemmingway, 49, had supplied alcohol to several individuals under the age of 21.
Hemmingway was issued a citation for the offense and released.
She is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Addison County Criminal Division, on Oct. 28 at 12:30 p.m.
Police did not lodge Hemmingway, and no bail was set.
