South Windsor police seek information on hit-and-run that injured motorcyclist

SOUTH WINDSOR — Police are seeking the public’s help following a hit-and-run accident that left a motorcyclist with significant arm injuries on July 28.

According to the South Windsor Police Department, officers responded to the incident at 8:40 p.m. at the intersection of Route 5 and the I-291 westbound ramp.

The vehicle that fled the scene is believed to be an older model beige sedan, possibly a 2016-2020 Chevy Malibu, last seen heading north on Route 5.

Authorities are urging witnesses or anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation.
