ANDOVER — On July 27, Vermont State Police responded to a landlord-tenant dispute on North Hill Road, leading to the arrest of Michael Boyer, 31, for violating conditions of release and an active in-state warrant.
At 11:31 a.m., officers from the Westminster Barracks arrived at the scene and discovered Boyer’s warrant during their investigation.
Boyer was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
Following the arrest, Boyer was cited and is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on July 29 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges related to the violations.
