Fairfield man arrested on warrant after traffic stop

ENOSBURG — A Fairfield man was arrested late Saturday night after a routine traffic stop revealed an active warrant for his arrest.

Miguel Snyder, 24, was pulled over by St. Albans Barracks troopers at 11:04 p.m. on Duffy Hill Rd for a motor vehicle violation.

Upon investigation, it was determined that Snyder had an outstanding warrant.

Snyder was taken into custody without incident and transported to Northwest Correctional Facility in St. Albans where he was held on $200 bail.

He is scheduled to appear in court the next business day at 1 p.m.

The warrant for Snyder’s arrest included charges of domestic assault and providing alcohol to a minor.
