Bangor police arrest multiple suspects, seize narcotics at campsite

BANGOR — A significant drug bust at a Cleveland Avenue campsite led to multiple arrests and the seizure of a large quantity of narcotics, the Bangor Police Department announced Friday.

The investigation into the sale of narcotics and illegal firearms trade at the campsite was conducted by the Bangor Police Criminal Investigation Division.

Information had surfaced alleging that individuals at the campsite were dealing drugs and exchanging firearms for narcotics.

Upon securing search warrants for three separate campers, the Bangor Police Special Response Team, assisted by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and Homeland Security Investigations, executed the warrants.

The search resulted in the confiscation of approximately 391.3 grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine.

Additionally, authorities seized three campers and $4,342 in cash believed to be proceeds from drug trafficking.

Among the arrested individuals were Amy Carver, 31, and David Carver, 49, both of Rockland, with multiple outstanding arrest warrants.

Samuel Linscott, 28, of Waltham, was charged with criminal trespass and violation of conditions of release.

Troy Bryant, 48, from Belfast, was apprehended on a probation violation warrant for drug trafficking.

Derek Bryan, 52, of Waterville, faced an outstanding warrant and charges for refusing to submit to arrest.

Ashley Lynn Mercedes Aquino, 26, of Methuen, Massachusetts, and Leo Ubri Davinson-Emanuel, 32, of Roslindale, Massachusetts, were both charged with aggravated trafficking (Class A).

Joralbert Chala-Diaz, 22, from Boca Canasta, Dominican Republic, was also charged with aggravated trafficking (Class A).

Heather Hamm, 40, without a known address, was summoned for refusal to submit to arrest, and Tara Fogg, 45, formerly of Levant, along with Tabatha Blodgett, 36, with no known address, were apprehended on outstanding arrest warrants.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are expected.
