PROVIDENCE — A 34-year-old North Providence man was arrested Friday for failing to register with the Sex Offender Registry.
Members of the Special Victims Unit, supported by Lincoln Barracks Troopers, took Jarred Kaiser into custody on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant.
Kaiser, of 1 Sack Street, was apprehended after an investigation led by the Special Victims Unit and the subsequent arrest by the West Warwick Police Department.
Kaiser was held overnight at State Police Headquarters and later arraigned as a probation violator at Kent County District Court.
