ENOSBURGH — Vermont State Police have arrested Anthony Ryan, 33, of Richford, in connection with two armed robberies at the Jolley convenience store on Main Street.
The incidents, which occurred on May 6 and May 26, prompted an extensive investigation that led to Ryan’s apprehension.
Police reports indicate that Ryan was taken into custody in South Carolina and extradited back to Vermont on a parole violation warrant.
Ryan, who is now lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility, faces charges of assault and robbery.
The investigation into the events leading up to Ryan’s arrest continues, with police urging anyone with information to come forward.
