The individual in question is described as a white male with short dark hair and facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a black tank top, and he has visible tattoos on his chest, his left arm, and his right forearm.

According to police reports, the stolen item is a Maxshot black electric standing scooter, distinguishable by its grey handlebars and red accents.

Officials have not disclosed the exact time of the theft but are urging anyone with information to come forward.
