Brattleboro police seek witnesses after bicyclist found injured

BRATTLEBORO — A bicyclist with significant facial injuries was discovered by a motorist on Cotton Mill Hill on Friday morning, prompting an investigation by local authorities.

The Brattleboro Police Department reported that the injured party was found at about 8:34 a.m. and was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.

Details regarding the cause of the injuries or any involved parties have yet to be released.

Investigators are calling for witnesses to come forward to assist in piecing together the events that led to the bicyclist’s condition.

Detective Lt. Greg Eaton is the point of contact for anyone with information pertaining to the incident.
