BOW — Authorities arrested 22-year-old Demiko Fox, a fugitive from Bothell, Washington, at the Hampton Inn on South St. on Tuesday morning.
Fox, who was wanted for second-degree murder charges in connection with the death of a seven-year-old girl in Kirkland, Washington, was apprehended without incident around 9 a.m. by the U.S.
Marshals, Bow Police, and detectives from the Kirkland Police Department.
Following his arrest, Fox was transported to the Bow Public Safety Center where he was booked and processed as a fugitive from justice.
He was then taken to the Merrimack County Department of Corrections where he is being held without bail.
Fox’s arraignment is scheduled for tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the 6th Circuit District Division Concord Court.
He will face extradition to Washington state where he will stand trial for the charges against him.
