BERKSHIRE — Vermont State Police arrested 39-year-old Jessica Roberts from Enosburg on the evening of July 22 after responding to a disturbance on Route 105.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were called to the scene at approximately 7:57 p.m. where they identified Roberts as being involved in the incident.
During the intervention, authorities discovered an active arrest warrant for Roberts.
Roberts was subsequently issued a flash citation to appear in court the following business day at 1 p.m. to face charges.
The warrant listed a charge of Felony 1 burglary.
Further details surrounding the disturbance and the specifics of the burglary Roberts is alleged to have committed were not immediately released by police.
