Maine State Police seek information on man missing since 2017

WESTBROOK — Nearly six years after Sebastian Kelley vanished from Westbrook, Maine State Police continue to search for clues in the unsolved missing person case.

Kelley, described as a light-skinned black male, 5’11” tall, weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen on July 17, 2017.

At the time of his disappearance, Kelley was transient and had recently been the victim of an assault.

He is easily recognizable by a tattoo on his neck that reads “Willow Grace.”

Despite extensive investigative efforts, authorities have yet to determine Kelley’s whereabouts.

The Maine State Police, Major Crimes Unit-South, is leading the ongoing investigation and urging the public to come forward with any information that may lead to Kelley’s location.
