WOODBRIDGE — A local man turned himself in to police Wednesday on charges stemming from a disturbance earlier this month.

The charges relate to an incident on June 2 at a residence in Woodbridge where officers determined Lewandowski was responsible for causing a disturbance.

Lewandowski posted a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in New Haven Superior Court on June 13 for arraignment.

In a separate incident, police arrested Senliang Pan, 57, of Woodbridge, on June 21 after responding to a 911 call that was abruptly terminated.

He posted a $5,000 bond and is due in New Haven Superior Court on June 24.

Additionally, Shanna Byrd, 35, of Waterbury, turned herself in to Woodbridge police on July 11 on charges related to a June 9 incident in a local parking lot.

Police say Byrd was involved in a dispute and fled the scene in a motor vehicle.

Byrd faces charges including criminal mischief, breach of peace, reckless endangerment, evading responsibility in a motor vehicle accident, and risk of injury to a minor.

She posted a $25,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment in New Haven Superior Court on July 13.
