Woman cited for unauthorized vehicle use, driving with suspended license in Vernon

VERNON — Vermont State Police cited a local woman for allegedly operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving with a criminally suspended license.

Jennifer Peduzzi, 54, of Vernon, was issued a citation on July 16, 2024, following an incident that occurred earlier in the month.

According to police, they received a report of a stolen vehicle operated by Peduzzi at 1 a.m. on July 12, 2024.

Upon investigation, authorities determined that Peduzzi had operated the vehicle while her license was criminally suspended.

The vehicle was later returned by Peduzzi, police said.

Peduzzi is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on Aug. 27 at 8:30 a.m. to face charges related to the incident.
