NORTHBOROUGH — The Worcester County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday they are actively seeking Erik Coelho Dos Santos, who is wanted for murder following a shooting in Northborough on May 12.
Dos Santos, a 20-year-old Brockton resident, is the prime suspect in the death of 16-year-old Ygor Correia from Milford.
Correia was fatally wounded by a single gunshot at a house party located at 333 Howard St., and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Following an investigation, authorities obtained a warrant for the arrest of Dos Santos on a murder charge.
The Northborough Police and Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office are continuing to investigate the case.

Dos Santos is described as a 20-year-old male with brown hair, brown eyes, a light complexion, and his last known address was 299 Ames St., #3E, Brockton.
The search for Dos Santos is ongoing, and the authorities are seeking assistance from the community to apprehend the suspect.
