St. Johnsbury auto parts store employee charged with grand larceny

ST. JOHNSBURY — An employee of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts has been charged with grand larceny following an incident on July 12, police said.

Cody Bussiere, 31, of Kirby, is accused of being in possession of stolen retail products from his place of employment at 590 Memorial Dr.

According to the St. Johnsbury Barracks troopers, they were notified of the larceny at approximately 8:16 a.m.

During the investigation, several items that Bussiere had not purchased were found at his residence.

Following the conclusion of the probe, Bussiere was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Criminal Court.

The items have been returned to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
