PROVIDENCE — In a series of coordinated actions on July 10 and 11, Rhode Island law enforcement agencies carried out multiple arrests on charges ranging from drug trafficking to fugitive apprehension.
On the morning of July 10, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Hector Concepcion, 37, as a Fugitive from Justice from Massachusetts.
He was arraigned and handed over to Sheriffs Department custody.
That same day, Creichaun Garret, 28, was charged with violating a no-contact order and was similarly arraigned and released to the Sheriffs Department.
The Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, arrested Aries S. Ross, 29, and Darrell O. Robinson, 27, on separate charges of cocaine delivery based on warrants from Portsmouth and Middletown Police Departments, respectively.
Both were taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Massachusetts State Police.
On July 11, the HIDTA Task Force detained Uberlando Collado, 37, on multiple drug-related charges including possession and intent to deliver cocaine, fentanyl, and marijuana.
Collado was held without bail after arraignment.
Pamela Santana, 34, faces charges of drug possession, intent to deliver fentanyl, conspiracy, and identity theft; she was also held without bail post-arraignment.
Additionally, the Task Force arrested Jose Diaz, 19, on a felony assault charge and Timothy Linden, 38, for second-degree child molestation.
Diaz was processed and transferred to Providence Police, while Linden was released with a future court date after arraignment in Washington County Superior Court.
