EDEN — A 51-year-old Lowell man was arrested Friday on multiple charges after Vermont State Police observed him driving with a suspended license.
Kyle Neill was taken into custody without incident during a traffic stop on Valley View Road at 11:39 a.m., police said.
Troopers were conducting proactive motor vehicle enforcement when they recognized Neill, who they knew had a criminally suspended license and outstanding arrest warrants.
Neill was found to be in violation of court-ordered conditions from Lamoille, Washington, and Caledonia counties stemming from previous DUI and suspended driving arrests.
These conditions prohibited him from operating a motor vehicle.
The arrest warrants were issued out of Caledonia County for failing to appear at a pre-trial conference on a felony charge of reckless or grossly negligent vehicle operation.
A judge ordered Neill’s release with citations to appear in court.
He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County court on Sept. 9 at 8:30 a.m. and in Lamoille County court on Sept. 11 at 12:30 p.m.
Neill faces charges of driving with a suspended license and violating conditions of release.
