Vehicle stolen from supermarket parking lot in Randolph

RANDOLPH — A 2018 blue Subaru Legacy was stolen from the parking lot of Shaw’s supermarket on Monday afternoon, according to Vermont State Police.

The vehicle, bearing Vermont license plate “GIBBER” and a 50th-anniversary edition badge, was taken between 4:10 p.m. and 4:26 p.m. on July 8, 2024.

The car’s owner, Neil E.

Gibbs, 56, of Hancock, reported the theft to authorities.

Troopers from the VSP Royalton Barracks responded to the scene at 127 VT Route 12 after receiving the report at approximately 4:26 p.m.

The incident is under investigation.

Police have not identified any suspects at this time.
