THORNTON — The Thornton Police Department is seeking assistance from the community to identify the owner of a white leather couch that was illegally dumped on private land this evening.

Witnesses reported seeing a smaller-sized steel gray truck leaving the area without the couch.

The vehicle was reportedly occupied by two white males in their mid-20s, one with blonde wavy hair.

The police have expressed gratitude for the community’s help but emphasized that this is an ongoing investigation.

As such, no further information will be disclosed at this time.

Members of the public who might recognize the couch or have information about the vehicle and its occupants are encouraged to come forward and contact the Thornton Police Department to assist with the investigation.
