PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested a 19-year-old Providence man early Tuesday for domestic disorderly conduct following an incident on Route 146 South.
Troopers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 3:43 a.m. on Oct. 17.
Joel Soto, of 668 Prairie Ave., Providence, was taken into custody at the scene.
Soto was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and held overnight.
He is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday morning in 3rd District Court.
The Rhode Island State Police Scituate Barracks handled the arrest.
