GROTON — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a larceny at a local TJ Maxx store.
The Groton Police Department released images of the individual on social media Tuesday, asking followers to help identify the subject shown in surveillance footage.
Officer Kelly, who is leading the investigation, can be contacted at 860-441-6712 with any information related to the case.
The public can also send messages directly to the department’s social media accounts.
Police did not provide details about when the theft occurred or what items were taken.
The department noted that social media has been a valuable tool in previous investigations, crediting followers for sharing posts and providing helpful information in past cases.
