CHARLOTTE — Vermont State Police cited a Vergennes man on suspicion of violating his conditions of release.
Troopers responded at 8:57 a.m. to Spear Street in Charlotte after receiving a report of an alleged violation.
The subsequent investigation revealed that Matthew Husk, 42, had breached active conditions set by Addison County Court.
Husk was issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Chittenden County Criminal Division.
The court date has been scheduled for a later time.
