Jamaica woman arrested for violating release conditions

JAMAICA — On July 7, Vermont State Police arrested a Jamaica woman for allegedly violating multiple conditions of her release.

Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a disturbance report at a residence on Vermont Route 100 in Jamaica at approximately 6:35 p.m. Upon arrival, they determined that Heidi Dlubac, 53, had breached several conditions of her release.

Dlubac was taken into custody and processed at the Westminster Barracks.

She received a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on July 8 at 12:30 p.m.

Following her arrest, Dlubac was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility with a cash surety bond set at $1,000.

The Vermont State Police have not released further details regarding the incident or the nature of the original conditions of release.
