BARNET — A single-vehicle rollover crash occurred early Thursday morning on Old Silo Road, leaving a Hummer H3 with significant damage but the driver unharmed.

At about 6:03 a.m., Vermont State Police responded to the scene of the accident.

Jared Bradley, 43, of Concord, was driving his 2006 Hummer when he swerved to avoid a deer, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn.

Despite the considerable damage to the vehicle’s front end and roof, Bradley, who was wearing a seatbelt, did not sustain any injuries.

Old Silo Road was closed temporarily as emergency services, including Fire and EMS, assisted at the scene.

Authorities have not issued any citations at this time, and the road conditions were reported dry with clear weather being a factor during the incident.
