WARWICK — A New Hampshire man was arrested early this morning on charges of domestic simple assault and disorderly conduct following a 911 call that led to a traffic stop on Route 95.
Demetri Mekhi Raymond-Grant, 20, of Thorton, was taken into custody by troopers from the Scituate Barracks at 1:45 a.m. after authorities received a report of a domestic dispute.
Troopers located the suspect’s vehicle in the city of Warwick and proceeded with the arrest.
Raymond-Grant was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
He has been released and is scheduled for a future appearance in Third Division District Court.
