South Windsor man arrested for domestic violence, threats to murder

SOUTH WINDSOR — South Windsor Police Department arrested a local man on charges of threatening and breach of peace after a domestic violence incident on Wednesday.

Daniel L. Mokrycki, 34, allegedly threatened to murder the victim during the altercation.

Following the incident, which occurred at 10:49 a.m., Mokrycki was taken into custody and later released on a $500 non-surety bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on July 5 at 9 a.m.

In a separate case, Dimitri J. Butler, 32, from Vernon, was arrested by SWPD on two active larceny warrants related to thefts at Lowes on Buckland Hills Drive in April.

Butler was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court on July 3 where he was held on a $2,000 surety bond due to additional charges from other jurisdictions.

Moreover, Emanuel R. Rosa, 19, of Springfield, MA, was arrested by SWPD on charges of conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle.

The arrest warrant issued for Rosa stems from an April incident where he and two others allegedly plotted to steal a car on Route 5.

Rosa was initially detained by Enfield Police before being transferred to SWPD custody.

He is being held on a $10,000 surety bond and will also appear in Manchester Superior Court on July 5 at 9 a.m.
