CLINTON — Three individuals were arrested on Saturday, June 29, on various drug charges following a narcotics search by local authorities at a Main Street residence.

The Clinton Police Drug Unit, Clinton Police Patrol Officers, and the North Worcester County Drug Task Force (NWCDTF) executed the warrant at 1000 Main Street, targeting Justin L. Cruz.

Cruz, 38, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine as a subsequent offense, both classified as Class B under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 94C.

Also arrested were Mark J. Boule, 49, and Chelsea L. Herr, 27, both residents of the same address.

Boule faces charges for possession of Gabapentin, a Class E substance, fentanyl, a Class A substance, and cocaine, a Class B substance.

Herr was charged with possession of cocaine, also a Class B substance.

During the investigation, Cruz was identified as a cocaine distributor, with Boule and Herr being acknowledged as active participants in the drug operation.

Authorities seized fentanyl, approximately 14 grams of cocaine/crack, multiple dosages of gabapentin in pill form, and $508 in cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales.

The estimated street value of the narcotics is around $1,400.

Additionally, drug paraphernalia such as scales, cutting agents, and packaging materials were confiscated, indicative of narcotics distribution.
