CHELSEA — On June 29, Vermont State Police apprehended 41-year-old Jessica Lynn Partlow of Chelsea on two outstanding warrants while investigating a burglary complaint on VT Route 113.
Partlow was located and arrested at 12:13 p.m. after troopers followed up on a lead.
The warrants for her arrest originated from both Orange County and Washington County.
She was taken into custody without incident and processed at the Royalton Barracks.
Court action is pending, with Partlow scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on July 1 at 8 a.m. and in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division the same day at 1 p.m.
She is currently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility with bail set at $200 for each warrant.
