SWANTON — Vermont State Police are continuing their search for Nicholas Hale, 26, of St. Albans, wanted in connection with a domestic assault that occurred at 12:27 p.m. Sunday on Elm Street in Swanton.
Hale is facing charges of aggravated domestic assault, unlawful restraint, and grand larceny.
On Thursday, multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Vermont State Police, responded to a location in Swanton Village as part of the ongoing effort to apprehend Hale, who remains at large.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Hale’s whereabouts to contact the St. Albans Barracks at 802-524-5993 or submit an anonymous tip online at https://vsp.vermont.gov/tipsubmit.
The public is advised to call 911 if they see Hale.
