LOWELL — The Lowell Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 39-year-old man, Rory Gallagher, who was last seen at 200 Middle Street.
Gallagher, described as 6 feet tall with a slim build and black shoulder-length hair, was last seen wearing Nike sweatpants, a long sleeve gray top, and flip-flops.
The police have not provided the time or date when Gallagher was last seen.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Gallagher’s whereabouts to contact the Lowell Police Department at 978-937-3200.
The LPD is keen to locate Gallagher and is seeking the community’s help in spreading the word and reporting any sightings or information that could lead to his safe return.
