NEW HAVEN — A stabbing on the 30 block of Orchard Street late Tuesday night has left one man with serious injuries, according to the New Haven Police Department.
Authorities reported that they were called to the scene at about 10:45 p.m. where they found the male victim and promptly established a crime scene.
The suspect had fled the area before officers arrived.
The NHPD has not released the identities of the victim or the suspect, and the motive behind the attack remains under investigation.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
