Man charged with DUI after crashing into parked car in Bolton

BOLTON — Vermont State Police arrested a Burlington man on suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed into a parked vehicle on Duxbury Road on June 25.

Burke W Kay, 29, was taken into custody after troopers responded to the incident around 8:23 p.m.

During the interaction with Kay, officers noted signs of impairment and conducted a DUI screening.

Following the assessment, Kay was transported to the Williston Barracks for further processing.

He was later issued a citation to appear at the Chittenden County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on July 16 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the DUI charge.
