Rhode Island man arrested on domestic violence charges

HOPE VALLEY — Rhode Island State Police arrested a 30-year-old Exeter man on multiple domestic violence charges and weapons offenses Tuesday morning.

Jesse Carrizosa, of 148 Widow Sweets Road, was taken into custody at 10:54 a.m. at his residence after troopers responded to a report of a disturbance, according to Capt. Jeffrey L’Heureux, District “B” Commander.

Carrizosa faces charges of domestic violence disorderly conduct, domestic violence vandalism, domestic violence refusal to relinquish, and 14 counts of possession of a high-capacity magazine.

Following his arrest, Carrizosa was processed at the State Police Hope Valley Barracks and transported to Fourth District Court for arraignment.
