PORTLAND — Portland police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a silver Honda Fit believed to be involved in a hit-and-run crash with a motorcycle on Saturday.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Brighton Avenue and St. John Street on June 24.

Authorities estimate the vehicle to be a 2015-2020 model.

Police have not released information about potential injuries resulting from the crash or details about the motorcycle rider.
