Waterford woman arrested for violation of release conditions

WATERFORD — Vermont State Police arrested a 51-year-old Waterford woman for violating conditions of her release during a citizen dispute Saturday evening.

Troopers were dispatched to Lawrence Road at 6:31 p.m. where they encountered Stephanie Lyman.

An investigation at the scene confirmed that Lyman was in breach of her release conditions.

Following the arrest, Lyman was processed at the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Johnsbury and then transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex.

She was held on $200 bail and underwent detox.

Lyman is scheduled to appear at the Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 24 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charges.
