Maine police seek new leads in 2007 Westbrook cemetery homicide

WESTBROOK — In a renewed call for information, Maine State Police are urging the public to help solve the 15-year-old homicide case of Kevin Foley, whose body was discovered at Woodlawn Cemetery on June 22, 2007.

Foley, a 58-year-old Portland resident, was found dead after he failed to return from an antiquing trip the previous evening.

He had recently retired from a 31-year career as a service technician with Verizon and is survived by his wife and three children.

Investigators have continued to pursue leads over the years, but the case remains unsolved.

The Maine State Police, Major Crimes Unit-South, is now seeking the assistance of anyone who might have information related to Foley’s death.
