Officers from the Lyndonville Police Department stopped a suspicious vehicle at 3:33 p.m. on New Boston Road, near the St. Johnsbury border.

Christopher Briggs, 35, of St. Johnsbury, a passenger in the vehicle, was identified as having an active felony warrant for embezzlement, issued by the Essex County Superior Court earlier the same day.
