Boston police seek public’s help to identify Roxbury assault suspect

BOSTON — Boston police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an assault and battery that took place in Roxbury.

The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. on June 3, in the area of 1127 Harrison Avenue.

Detectives from District B-2 describe the suspect as a black female, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing around 200 pounds, and about 60 years old with short hair.

According to authorities, the woman is accused of striking the victim multiple times with a sharp pen-style weapon.

She is known to frequent the area of 1127 Harrison Avenue and the Dudley Triangle.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the situation and urges anyone with information to come forward.

Witnesses or individuals with knowledge of the incident are encouraged to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.

The department assures that the identities of informants will be protected.
