BOSTON — Detectives from the Boston Police Department’s District B-3 are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual linked to a residential breaking and entering that took place in Mattapan.
The incident occurred around 3 a.m. on June 17 in the vicinity of 83 Mattapan Street.
The suspect is reported to have reached into a bedroom window that was occupied by a juvenile female at the time.
The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.
The department urges anyone with information to contact District B-3 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
In an effort to encourage community members to come forward, the department has also provided a means for anonymous tips.
The identities of those who provide information in an anonymous manner will be protected.
