SCITUATE — Rhode Island State Police arrested a Massachusetts man Tuesday evening for allegedly making crank or obscene phone calls.
Eric Murawski, 52, of Attleboro, was taken into custody at 6:30 p.m. following an investigation by the State Police Scituate Barracks.
The arrest was aided by the Cumberland Police Department.
Murawski was processed at State Police Headquarters after being arrested on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the phone call charges.
He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a summons to appear at a future Sixth Division District Court date.
