CARIBOU — The Caribou Police Department announced the capture of Marc Beaulieu, 37, of Presque Isle, following a multi-agency effort.
Beaulieu was apprehended in Woodland at 7:55 a.m. on June 19.
Beaulieu was sought as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.
He was known to frequent both the Caribou and Presque Isle areas.
Authorities had earlier urged the public to assist in locating Beaulieu, advising anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact law enforcement immediately.
The Caribou Police Department has not disclosed the details of the charges against Beaulieu.
Officials stated that more information would be released at a later time.
