Westfield police seek help finding 3 missing juveniles

WESTFIELD — The Westfield Police Department is urgently seeking assistance in locating three missing juveniles who are believed to be together and may be trying to reach the Holyoke or West Springfield area.

Maci Ryan, 12, and Angelina Gorozhankina, 15, were last seen on June 13, while Melanie Mendez, also 12, was last observed the following day, June 14.

The girls have a history of going missing, and in previous instances, they were found in Springfield, which is another possible location where they might be currently.

Maci Ryan is described as approximately 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with newly dyed red hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey shorts, and black sneakers.

Angelina Gorozhankina is around 5 feet tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen in black jean shorts, a blue shirt, and possibly wearing white sneakers or Crocs.

Melanie Mendez is about 4 feet 10 inches tall, also 100 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, last seen in black shorts and a black sweatshirt that has “New York” on it.

Authorities note that all three girls have been reported missing multiple times recently and are known to use fake names to avoid detection.

The police are asking anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact Detective Tsatsos at (413)-642-9385.

The public is also urged to contact local law enforcement immediately if they see any of the girls.
