CAMBRIDGE — A local resident faced burglary charges after being caught on camera breaking into a home on N. Main Street, police said.
Benjamin Currier, 35, was arrested June 16 following an investigation into a burglary reported by Dino Huante, 55.
Huante contacted the Vermont State Police at about 10 a.m. after discovering his home had been burglarized.
Currier, who resides in Cambridge, allegedly entered Huante’s home while he was at work and stole various items.
The incident was captured on video surveillance, which led to Currier’s arrest.
At the time of the burglary, Currier was on parole for previous felony and misdemeanor convictions.
Following his arrest, he was taken to the Lamoille County Superior Court to appear before a judge.
