Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests, incidents in two-week log

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest and incident log covering May 26 to June 8, detailing several arrests and a variety of incidents throughout the county.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, eight individuals were arrested or summoned during the period, all of whom are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Those arrested include Richard Thompson Jr, 69, of Garland, for possession of a schedule Z drug, and Taylor Houser, 26, of Guilford, charged with domestic violence assault.

Other arrests include William Bradbury, 63, of Medford, for a warrant arrest; Avonna Gustin, 29, of Guilford, charged with assault; Spencer Black, 22, of Brownville, for a warrant arrest; Hunter Cote, 23, of Millinocket, charged with assault; Gabriel Lafleur, 24, of Newport, for operating after revocation; and Katarina Drinkwater, 34, of Guilford, charged with trafficking in a schedule W drug and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Additionally, Michael Coburn, 70, of Brownville Junction, was charged with criminal trespass.

Traffic infraction citations issued during the period totaled eight.

The incident log included reports of erratic vehicle operation, harassment, suspicious activity, civil complaints, family fights, motor vehicle accidents with injuries, assistance to other law enforcement agencies, welfare checks, property damage, thefts, intoxication, missing persons, violations of protection orders, ATV complaints, juvenile problems, fraud, and several false alarms and misdials to the E911 system.
